We’re The Wise Group – a social enterprise that enables people to change their lives.
Our professional Mentors work across 6 Local Areas in Scotland to provide one-to-one support that is based on trust, kindness and local knowledge. We’re here to walk along side you and your family.
A mentor is someone who listens, puts you in touch with the right people and helps you work things out at your own pace.
Over 2,500 Households have been supported
98% of people supported needed support in more than one area, this service gets the right people to the right help at the right time.
Working with over 580 Organisations in Scotland
Customers supported worked with 589 organisations in Scotland, linking in with existing resources, and helping customers to get the help they need.
Helping changes in the Long Term
After leaving this service 90% of customers supported said the positive impact on their life either stayed or kept getting better after 6 months from leaving the service.
